Booking and Payment - Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay.

Cancellations - Full refund if cancelled 5 days or more before check-in (minus payment fees incurred). No refund for cancellations within 5 days of check-in. Please note. As we only have one property we are unable to offer cancellation policies which may mean BrewersHut is unoccupied. With this in mind we offer a fair cancellation policy of a full refund (minus payment fees incurred) if you need to cancel or amend your booking 5 days before check-in. No amendments or cancellations can be accepted after this time.

Check-in / Check-out - Check-in from 3pm Check-out by 11am (unless agreed otherwise).

Use of Property - Maximum occupancy is two guests. No parties, events, or commercial use without permission. Guests must follow house rules.

Damage and Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs. The owner is not liable for personal injury or loss of belongings, except where required by law.

Data and Law - Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
